Staff Standards and Training
AOP Core Staff are individually selected by Program or Project Management with client objectives, goals, cultures and philosophies in mind. We require that each member take part in pre-event meeting(s) to be prepared for individual client needs, program objectives and site specifics. Each staff member maintains a "Core Staff Approach" from a variety of allied health disciplines (PA, ARNP,RN, MPH, CDE, LPN, MAs)
- Core Staff, Cross Trained and On-site Flex Format™ Approach
- AOP average core staff tenure-6.5 years
- Implementation of Staff, Customer and Client Satisfaction Surveys
- AHA-BLS or CPR certified staff member on-site Health Screenings
